Lars is hands down the best realtor we have encountered (we have worked with six over the past 22 years). First and foremost, he is professional and honest. We had an unpleasant experience with a real estate agent immediately before meeting Lars who left us in shock, and Lars was able to restore our faith in the home buying process in this crazy Denver market.

Working with Lars, the entire process was very smooth. We never hit a speed bump, primarily because he is extremely knowledgeable about the home selling/buying process and all things in and outside of a house. Lars is able to do preliminary inspections, which in this fast-paced, high-priced market is a must! He has no problem telling you to run from a property when it has issues and if repairs would cost you more than what the house is worth.

In addition, he has contacts for excellent inspectors ranging from whole-home inspectors to specialists dealing with electrical, plumbing, mold, radon, roofing, structure, etc. If Lars recommends someone, you can trust those individuals have a long track record of performing at the highest level for their clients. Lars is also amazing with contracts and was a strong negotiator and advocate for us.

But to discuss only Lars’s excellent skills as a Realtor still dismisses many attributes that make him a great person and friend. When we first met Lars, we immediately noticed a level or professionalism that was well-mixed with a casual confidence that comes so rarely to individuals who demonstrate the highest levels of leader and mentorship. We realized very soon that we could depend on him for help no matter the size and duration of the task. And, most importantly, Lars does not have a problem telling you what he can or cannot accomplish and what he does and does not know. We always offer trust to others when we first meet someone new, but a deep-seated trust can be earned only over time as evidenced through one’s actions. Working closely with Lars over the course of several months, he earned our deepest level of trust.

In addition to finding and purchasing a new home, we also found a genuine friend who we will continue to work with for many years to come.
